One weird tool that EVERY cyclist should own

If you're a cyclist then you know very well how your legs can feel after hammering out an intense session.  All the accumulation of blood lactate in the muscle can give you a serious case of DOMs (delayed onset muscle soreness).  After training, inflammation and muscle stiffness occurs.  One of the fastest ways to recover is with massage.  Until most recently, most cyclists just either foam rolled or used air compression boots for recovery.  While those are good and viable options, there is one weird tool that is setting the standard in self massage recovery.
