Yes, that's right, we are making our clients waffles and serving them hot and fresh!
Why would we do such a thing? Doesn't it seem counterintuitive to serve such an unhealthy, carb filled dish to our clients working so hard to stay healthy?

Some of them use the lingo Keto, or Paleo, or "healthy". You see, you can have your waffle and eat it too, with half of the carbs and twice the protein! It comes down to a matter of ingredients!
So if you want to make your waffles from scratch, simply follow this week's recipe in our e-newsletter, search the web yourself with "healthy waffles", and even better, go to your local grocery store and look for protein based waffle mix or ready made protein waffles in the freezer section. I like trying this with bread. You have no idea how many varieties of protein breads are out there until you start searching for them! We are so fortunate that we live in a time where these options are in abundance!
So think of what is YOUR comfort food, or food that you can't resist, and search how you can turn that frown upside down with some protein substitutions!
